Franklin Apartments

My room was spacious and extremely well equipped. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean, fresh and extremely quiet. On entering there was the sound of light music playing which felt homely and comforting. The location was close to all the amenities I needed to attend which gave me more time to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable and were able to assist with special requirements without hesitation. I highly recommended these apartments to my family, friends and work colleagues. I have already booked again to stay in the near future. Thank you.

Central position.

Central location which was perfect for my work trip, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Perfect having an apartment with lots of room, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Friendly staff. Bonus of having Vietnamese cafe on site (separate operator I believe) with fabulous food.

Locatipon: just 8 minute walk to the J1 bus stop to get to the airport; also the same distance to Rundle Mall area. We also took bus from here to Cleland wildlife park to get close to the kangaroos 😍 Room facilities: two separate bedrooms (1 single, 1 double), well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. (The dryer in my apartment does not work but the reception was so kind to lend us a key to the next vacant apartment to use the dryer for a few hours.)

The location was a win for us. The Flinders Hotel next door was a bonus with great food.
