Franklin Apartments

Central position.

We booked the three bedroom apartment for 5 nights over Christmas and it was quite spacious in general. The ensuite bedroom and bathroom were great but the two smaller bedrooms didn't have suitable space and storage for travellers staying more than a night or two. The kitchen /dining / lounge room area was of reasonable space. We looked out over Franklin Street and up towards Victoria Square. Great location, not far from tram, Central Markets, and even to walk to mall precinct and the Festival Centre. The gentleman on site over Christmas and Boxing Day was extremely helpful.

This accommodation was selected primarily for its location in respect to the Adelaide Bus Station. The room was clean and spacious and contained all that we needed for a one-night stay.

The location was great, close to everything and very central. An IGA store a couple of blocks away. A good kitchen and lounge area. It was great to have a washer and dryer as we were travelling for several weeks. Some great pubs, restaurants nd convenience stores close by.

The apartment was well equipped for a stay there for cooking pretty much anything utensil wise etc. the washing machine/dryer is a great addition too. It was comfortable, spacious, had a homely feel and was in a great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
