Has everything you could need in the way of facilities, a big fridge, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery. The staff were very friendly and polite and the desk staff were very helpful. Very clean and a big bathroom.

Central location which was perfect for my work trip, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Perfect having an apartment with lots of room, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Friendly staff. Bonus of having Vietnamese cafe on site (separate operator I believe) with fabulous food.

We booked the three bedroom apartment for 5 nights over Christmas and it was quite spacious in general. The ensuite bedroom and bathroom were great but the two smaller bedrooms didn't have suitable space and storage for travellers staying more than a night or two. The kitchen /dining / lounge room area was of reasonable space. We looked out over Franklin Street and up towards Victoria Square. Great location, not far from tram, Central Markets, and even to walk to mall precinct and the Festival Centre. The gentleman on site over Christmas and Boxing Day was extremely helpful.

The location was a win for us. The Flinders Hotel next door was a bonus with great food.

This accommodation was selected primarily for its location in respect to the Adelaide Bus Station. The room was clean and spacious and contained all that we needed for a one-night stay.

The location was great, close to everything and very central. An IGA store a couple of blocks away. A good kitchen and lounge area. It was great to have a washer and dryer as we were travelling for several weeks. Some great pubs, restaurants nd convenience stores close by.

Stayed at the Franklin apartments during my last leg in Australia. Bed is super comfortable and sturdy, no back pains. Plus you get a good selection of hygiene products and towels. There is a washer and dryer in the rooms, which is great to not having to wait till you get back home to do your laundry. You have a kitchenette which is great if you want to save some money and cook your meals. This is made super easy with the Adelaide Central market just less than a block away. Staff was super professional and efficient, Hardwick was very helpful during the check out process, as well as holding my bags at reception before my airport shuttle arrived.

The apartment was well equipped for a stay there for cooking pretty much anything utensil wise etc. the washing machine/dryer is a great addition too. It was comfortable, spacious, had a homely feel and was in a great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
